The truth is always comforting. Upon hearing the truth, your heart opens and your mind becomes quiet. If you have every been caught in an emotional firestorm, in which your mind has imagined the most disturbing and scary outcome, chances are the thing you are upset about is not true. It is a story you have imagined or remembered, but it is not the truth.
