We are living in a time of heightened social unrest and unpredictable behavior.  As we witness events going on all over the world, and here in our own communities, we are slowly picking up the residue of shock, anxiety, fear, powerlessness and hopelessness.  We do not have to succumb to these forces, there are two things that we can and should do to cleanse our body and our mind of these built up emotions in order to fortify our resilience: Rest and Relax.
